Hello,

My name is Sharyn Bovat. I'm a whistleblower
who's traveled across America trying to get resolution.

I found out about fraud and discrimination happening at NISSAN North America and have been retaliated against for over 3 years. NISSAN took over 1 Billion dollars from the Dept. of Energy for the Leaf EV. The problem is they're using technology from the 90's and NISSAN took the money because in 2009 they were having major cash flow problems. Because I worked with high level executives I learned of the fruad. When I whistle blew they tried to discredit me (in many ways). My life is horrible.

Many lawyers have told me to file a FALSE Claims lawsuit. Due to the fact that NISSAN used a taxpayer backed IDB bond for the collateral law firms don't want the case. My civil and Constitutional rights were violated by NISSAN but the judicial system in Tennessee is loaded with Cronyism and the odds of me getting a "fair" solution (FYI - I'm not greedy... I just want JUSTICE and for the discrimination and fraud to stop.

I've spend 3 years fighting it. I've proven it in the eyes to many. NOW I need a clear headed thinker to help figure out HOW to get NISSAN to mediate.
